Services
We provide professional limousine transportation services within Ontario. All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases involving safety concerns, misuse of our vehicles, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time of service, and passenger details.
- Payment may be required in advance or at the time of service, depending on the type of booking.
- We accept credit cards and other approved payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
- Rates are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the price agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made within [X hours] of the scheduled trip may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific cancellation window and fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
- No-shows (where the passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup time and location) are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibilities
- Passengers must follow all driver instructions and comply with local laws and regulations.
- Smoking, use of illegal substances, and disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or members of your party. Repair or cleaning costs resulting from negligence or misuse may be charged to you.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide timely, safe, and reliable transportation services; however, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, or mechanical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your booking or use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your bookings and our services, including confirmations, reminders, and important updates.
- Message frequency may vary depending on your booking activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
- You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Privacy
